We believe that God is calling His people to a higher place. For far to long, we have worshipped Him from afar. Revelation 3:8  "See I've placed before you an open door that no one can shut."  Not only has God placed before us an open door for an effective work, but also an open door to His presence. When Jesus died at Calvary the veil was rent from top to bottom allowing us entrance, once and for all, into the Holy of Holies. If Jesus died to restore the relationship with God that Adam had in the garden, then He desires for us to be clothed in His presence.
     We believe God is restoring His people to a lifestyle of no compromise consisting of:

• A more intimate form of worship,
• A deeper level of prayer,
• A hunger for the meat of the word,
• A passionate distaste for sin,
• A greater thirst for His presence,
• A passion for souls, and
• A passionate drive to fulfill their destiny.

    God is looking for people like Joshua and Jacob. Joshua lingered in His presence and he was able to take the land. Jacob wrestled with God and it forever changed the way he walked. We need to be more like Joshua and Jacob, lingering in the presence of God until we are forever changed by His glory.

    We believe that the destiny for this ministry is to spread the "Fire of God" through worship and preaching the uncompromised Word of God. Our heart cry for Open Door Ministries is to create a hunger in God's people for more of His presence. We feel that God desires to reveal Himself to the church today in His fullness. In order for that to occur, the people must be hungry for more.
