Six Scriptural Steps To Salvation

1. Acknowledge:
As it is written: "There is none righteous, no, not one;  Romans 3:10

for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.  Romans 3:23

2. Repent:
I tell you, nay; but unless ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.  Luke 13:3

Repent ye therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord.  Acts 3:19

3. Confess: (To God)
If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.  1John 1:9

For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.  Romans 10:10

4. Forsake:
Let the wicked forsake his way and the unrighteous man his thoughts; and let him return unto the LORD, and He will have mercy upon him, and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon.  Isaiah 55:7

Being sorrow for sin is not enough in itself. We must want to be done with sin once and for all.

5. Believe:
"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.  John3:16

that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.  Romans 10:9

6. Receive:
He came unto His own, and His own received Him not.  John 1:11

But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to those who believe in His name,  John 1:12

Jesus Is The Only Way

Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved."  Acts 4:12

Jesus said unto him, "I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life; no man cometh unto the Father, but by Me.
John 4:6

Now receive Jesus as you Lord and Savior. Ask God to forgive you of your sins.Go and sin no more and find a church to attend. Begin reading the Bible and praying ever day. Thank God for what He has done for you and tell others about Jesus and God's great love.
